If you are having trouble logging in it could be a variety of things. Your account could have expired, you may have the wrong password, or your browser may not be supported.

Password Reset: When requesting your password remember that it is a 2-step process. You click the link to reset your password, wait for the email and click the link to verify your email. Look for a second email with your new password.

Delete Secret Site Cookies: If that doesn’t work you might have to delete stored cookies just for the secret site. Click Here for instructions for deleting specific cookies

Browser Upgrades: Did you upgrade your browser and now you can’t log in or get to the forum? We may not have a fix for that because when you upgrade a browser they do things to it that not all sites will work with. But, you can try this: Go to the login page and see if you can click the link to go to the Forum on the login page and not the button on the toolbar
