The Promotion involves selecting the teams that you believe will win each of the sixty-three (63) Men’s Division I college basketball Games in connection with the Tournament by completing predictions for all Games in each of the six (6) Rounds in the Tournamen. For avoidance of doubt, the Promotion only applies to the field of sixty-four (64) teams of the Tournament and does NOT include any play-in or other qualifying games.

Sponsor and/or Administrator will review all eligible entries received during the Entry Period overall to determine those entries that correctly identify the team that won the final championship Game of the Tournament. The Grand Prize winners will be selected via a random drawing from among all such entries.

The First Prize winners will be selected via a random drawing from among all eligible entries where the entrant completed twenty-five (25) full brackets (i.e., by providing a pick for each of the sixty-three (63) Games of the Tournament for each such Bracket)

GRAND PRIZE: TWENTY (20) WINNERS shall each receive $5,000.00.

FIRST PRIZE: TWENTY-FIVE (25) WINNERS shall each receive $1,000.00.

GRAND PRIZE ($10,000.00): ONE (1) WINNER who has the longest consecutive, uninterrupted streak of Winning Picks (that is, the longest consecutive streak of correct Winning Team selections during the Promotion) will be considered the Grand Prize Winner and shall receive Ten Thousand U.S. Dollars ($10,000.00).
